JUST... GREAT! It's the middle of the night, I am climbing some debris to repair a flipping cannon! GREAT!
Ariannah was to say the least pissed. Somewhere on the way to the Silvermote she woke up from her sleepy phase. And then she was angry because those flipping mistlings had to attack in the middle of her well earned sleep! Couldn't they have waited till her maths class started or something?! That would have been nice. But noooo, she was climbing this pile of stone to get to the other side where some cannon broke. And this giant hammer on her back they had given her for defense didn't make this any easier. It was totally impractical anyways. That one lasher she had to kill before... Nope, didn't work she had to shoot it and waste ammo. The normal sized hammers were of no use as weapons either.
Climbing in the dark was horrible. Ariannah just couldn't find points to climb without actually seeing them. Once again, cursing like a sailor, she slid down at least 2 meters (( yes, meters. this is about as high as a door is tall. at least here. dunno about other places. Basketball players are usually a little taller, if that helps.))she had just climbed. This was going to take forever.
"HEEEEEY! Someone over there that can give the poor repair-girl a hand? I can't see shit over here!" she shouted into the darkness. Sure, there could be mistlings on the other side that would now kill her. But Ariannah wasn't the most thoughtful in the middle of the night. Or in general. A yawn escaped her mouth. Why couldn't epic battles happen when she was ready for it? That would be so much more convenient. And you could already bring along some writers to make songs and legends about you. Well, no legend to be told here. She was going to repair a cannon after all...
